We are proud to have Keith Schmidt, a former professional baseball player for the Orioles, as our coach. Based in the greater North Houston area, Keith has been training athletes since 1994. He is extremely passionate about being active, healthy and developing the proper techniques. But he's also extremely passionate about the game and ready to help his clients improve theirs. Keith is tough but understanding, and he gives each player the individual guidance they need to exceed their potential.
